All Faisal Town Projects Compared: Which One Should You Buy?

Comparison 9 min read23 September 2026Reviewed by the Faisal Town Phase 2 team · How we verify

The Faisal name appears on several schemes across the twin cities, which regularly confuses buyers — people arrive asking about "Faisal Town" without knowing which one they mean. This guide maps the portfolio, explains what each project actually is, and helps you match one to your situation.

The group behind them

These projects come from Faisal Town (Pvt.) Ltd. under Ch. Abdul Majeed, with sales and marketing through Zedem International. The group's significance to a buyer is its delivery record: Faisal Town Phase 1, Faisal Hills and Faisal Margalla City are occupied communities you can drive through, not renders. Our developer track record article weighs that evidence, including what a track record cannot tell you.

The portfolio at a glance

[Faisal Town Phase 1](/projects/faisal-town-phase-1) — Fateh Jang Road / F-18 area, Islamabad. *Delivered and occupied.* Possession-ready plots, built homes, active markets, complete utilities. Trades mainly through resale. Full guide.

[Faisal Town Phase 2](/) — Thalian Interchange, M-2 Motorway, near the New Islamabad International Airport. *Early-stage, actively selling.* The group's largest current project: 5.56 Marla to 2 Kanal residential plus commercial, on a 36-month installment plan or full payment with a 20% discount. NOC under process, not approved. Payment plan.

[Faisal Hills](/projects/faisal-hills) — main G.T. Road, Taxila, at the Margalla foothills. *Delivered and developing well.* Scenic setting, Executive and Prime blocks, faster possession than newly launched schemes. Full guide.

Faisal Margalla City — B-17 corridor. *Delivered.* Part of the group's track record and worth visiting as evidence even if you buy elsewhere.

[Faisal Jewel](/projects/faisal-jewel) — adjacent to Faisal Town. *New launch.* Compact, limited inventory, launch-stage pricing — the highest-risk, highest-upside end of the portfolio.

[Faisal Heights](/projects/faisal-heights) — main G.T. Road, Taxila. *Booking open.* On the same northern corridor as Faisal Hills.

[Aviation Arcade](/projects/aviation-arcade) — near the New Islamabad International Airport. *New launch*, oriented to the airport corridor.

How to choose between them

Ignore the brand for a moment and answer four questions about yourself:

1. When do you need to use the plot? Building within a year means a delivered society — Phase 1, or Faisal Hills. Holding for three to five years opens up the early-stage projects where the entry price is lower.

2. Which corridor do you believe in? The portfolio splits geographically into two bets. The northern G.T. Road / Taxila corridor (Faisal Hills, Faisal Heights) rides established infrastructure toward Wah, HIT and the Hazara Expressway. The southern motorway / airport corridor (Phase 2, Aviation Arcade) bets on growth around the Thalian Interchange and the airport. Your commute, your work and your view of the region's growth should decide this, not a brochure.

3. What risk can you carry? Delivered societies carry the least and cost the most. Newly launched schemes carry the most and cost the least. Phase 2 sits in between: substantial development underway, but with its NOC still under process.

4. Do you need income? Only delivered societies with residents have functioning rental markets — the honest arithmetic.

Matching project to goal

  • Live in it soon → Faisal Town Phase 1, or Faisal Hills.
  • Rental income → Phase 1.
  • Lower entry price, 3–5 year horizon, motorway/airport bet → Faisal Town Phase 2.
  • Commercial exposure on a planned boulevard → Phase 2 commercial.
  • Scenic setting, nearer-term build, northern corridor → Faisal Hills.
  • Highest risk appetite, smallest ticket → the newest launches. Size the position so a delay is an inconvenience, not a crisis.
  • Overseas buyer → Phase 2's Overseas Enclave is built for this; see the overseas guide.

On prices across the portfolio

We publish hard figures only for Faisal Town Phase 2, because that is the rate sheet we hold and can verify. For every other project, request the current rate list from the developer's office or check the open resale market — and when you compare, normalise properly: development charges in or out, cash versus installment, file versus allotted plot, and actual square yards rather than marla labels (why that matters).

Our position, stated plainly

We market Faisal Town Phase 2. That is our interest and you should read everything above with it in mind. What we will not do is claim Phase 2 is the right answer for every buyer — it is not. For someone who needs possession next year, or who cannot sleep holding approval risk, one of the delivered projects is the better purchase, and we would rather say so.

The most valuable thing you can do before choosing any of them: go and walk the delivered ones. Phase 1, Faisal Hills, Faisal Margalla City. An afternoon on finished ground will teach you more about this developer than every article on this site combined.
