How we source, verify and correct what we publish
Why this page exists
Pakistani property marketing has a credibility problem, and buyers are right to be sceptical of anything a sales website tells them. This page sets out exactly how we source and check what we publish, so you can judge our content against a stated standard rather than taking it on trust.
We are an independent sales and marketing partner for Faisal Town Phase 2 — not the official developer, and not a neutral observer. We have a commercial interest in you buying a plot. Everything below exists because that interest is precisely why our sourcing rules need to be explicit.
We publish the NOC status honestly, always
Faisal Town Phase 2's No Objection Certificate is currently under process — it is not approved. We state this on every page where it is relevant, including pages designed to sell.
We will never describe a project as approved when it is not. We also tell every buyer to verify the current status independently with the relevant authority rather than relying on us, because an independent check is worth more than any assurance from a party with something to sell.
Prices: one source, clearly dated
All Faisal Town Phase 2 prices on this site come from the developer's official rate sheet, and we state which revision we are working from. Rates are published in exactly one place — our payment plan page — so that figures cannot drift out of step across the site.
Developer rate sheets are revised without much warning. We say so wherever prices appear, and we tell readers to confirm the live sheet before paying anything, including against our own published figures.
We do not invent numbers for other projects
Where we compare Faisal Town Phase 2 with another society, we quote hard figures only for Faisal Town Phase 2, because that is the rate sheet we actually hold. For competitors we describe positioning and tell readers to request current rates from that developer directly.
This is why our comparison articles may look less complete than competitors' — a table with invented numbers for every society would be more convenient and less honest.
No guaranteed returns
We do not publish guaranteed-return claims, projected appreciation percentages, or promises about what a plot will be worth in future. Nobody can honestly make those claims about property, and in this market they are usually a warning sign.
We describe potential, risk and historical patterns. We do not describe outcomes we cannot know.
Legal and tax content
We explain legal and tax processes structurally — how something works, what documents are involved, what to check — and we deliberately avoid quoting specific tax rates, fee schedules or statute references. Those change with each Finance Act and vary by province, so an article quoting them goes stale quickly and misleads readers who find it later.
We are property consultants, not lawyers or tax advisers. On anything consequential we tell readers to consult a qualified professional, and we would rather lose a sale than have someone act on a website's version of legal advice.
Timelines are targets, not promises
Possession dates, development milestones and balloting schedules are presented as the developer's targets, with that stated explicitly. Pakistani housing societies, including well-run ones, routinely deliver later than first marketed.
Where we report on-ground development progress, we describe what is built and what is not, including the parts of the society that remain undeveloped.
Corrections
When we find an error, we fix it and say so rather than quietly amending. In October 2026, for example, we found that our individual project pages carried payment tables that had drifted out of step with the official rate sheet, showing figures that contradicted our own payment plan page. We removed those tables entirely, made the payment plan page the single source of truth, and noted the change in that month's project update.
If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Who writes this content
Articles are written and reviewed by the Faisal Town Phase 2 team — the same people who handle bookings, transfers and site visits for this project, operating in the Islamabad and Rawalpindi market since 2019.
Project facts come from the developer's official documentation — rate sheets, payment plans, master plan and block details — and from our own site visits. Market context comes from transactions we handle and observe directly. Where we are uncertain, we say we are uncertain.
When we tell you not to buy from us
Our content repeatedly points buyers elsewhere: to delivered societies when someone needs possession within a year, to established schemes when someone cannot carry approval risk, to apartments when someone needs rental income, and to smaller separate plots when a joint purchase would be the cleaner structure.
That is deliberate. A buyer who purchases the wrong thing becomes a problem for everyone, including us.
Check us against this
Start with our statement on the project’s approval status, then verify it yourself with the relevant authority. If what you find does not match what we publish, we want to know.
