Top City-1 edges it on raw distance; FT2 arguably has better dual-direction connectivity. Drive both before deciding — brochure minutes and real minutes differ.
Development and possession
Top City-1 has been developing longer and has more built-out areas, which typically means faster possession and a more immediate ability to construct.
Faisal Town Phase 2 is at an earlier stage overall, though blocks differ substantially. Sector O, the Model Block, is semi-developed and marketed with faster possession, while newer blocks are further out.
